King of the Mountain Individual Time Trial Challenge
Series for the following 3 categories:

(iii) disabled riding Hand Cycles.
An annual Challenge Series could be conducted over
a one day semi-final on a Sunday and two day finals
on a w'end with 4 time trials in each day enabling hundreds
of cyclists from 18 to 70 to compete against their contemporaries
with age division winners receiving a KOM trophy awarded
by our state health depts.
Cycling is uniquely placed to enable disabled people
[ie. vision impaired, deaf etc] to enjoy the physical
and mental benefits of safe, healthy competitive exercise.
